Hi Ladies! I hope you’re all doing well. I apologize about last week–between the holiday and traveling to another time zone I completely messed up. I wanted to have a short chat tonight. I’m not sure if anyone will be able to get on, but if you’re here, I just want to tell you how much you’ve encouraged me over the last quarter! I have so enjoyed getting to hear your about your thoughts and studies, and have been impressed with your knowledge and willingness to learn! I hope this study has encouraged you to know the Lord, to have a relationship with Him, and reflect Him to others. I love you girls!
I’ll be on for the next while in case you have any questions or thoughts. If you have any comments, or ways in which I can improve the next study, let me know.
Also, the winner of our last contest was Isabella Mason–congratulations!! I wanted to share her poem with you, because it so aptly sums up our last section.
This Savior of mine did make me and mold me; He wants me as His, to keep me and hold me. All I have to do is love Him and keep
The commandments he gave to all of His sheep.
This Savior of mine did come to this earth,
And left His perfect home of splendor and mirth. He told the people the way to life,
But they rejected His words and gave Him much strife.
My Savior’s own people did put him on the cross,
But what they did not realize was that it was their own loss. He died a cruel death all because of my sin,
So that some sweet day I will live with Him!
For me, has my Savior prepared a home, Where forever with Him, will I roam. This Savior of mine will one day come back, So I must be ready and gain what I lack.
